In Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens, the D’Qar Carbonite locations are places where you can find different collectibles. Once you find, each of D’Qar Carbonite unlocks a new and unique character, but they are very tricky to reach. Every one of them requires a particular skill, which sometime you may not have.

You will have to take each Carbonite that you find to a microwave in Medical Ward for defrosting. You will not be able to use Carbonite and unlock new characters before you unfreeze these Carbonites.
Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens D’Qar Carbonite Locations:
A-Wing Pilot Location:
The first D’Qar Carbonite you can get is a A-Wing Pilot. He is in the barracks which is located in the middle hangar on south side. You will need 2 characters with the grappling hooks. Go to the locker and grapple onto this with the both characters. When you will Pull the ropes, it will break and its content will spill. You can find the the slab of the carbonite inside.

Admiral Ackbar in Carbonite:
There is a fuel tank near the eastern landing pad. You will need a character who can perform double jump, or someone who can use jetpack. Jump on top of the fuel tank and then use someone who does not mind water to fish out a slab holding Admiral Ackbar. Do not worry, it is not a trap.

Princess Leia (Classic) D’Qar Location:
You will find Princess Leia (in the classic outfit) trapped in a command building. You will need a character who is knowledgeable around the astromech to turn on a hologram. After that, Force user will have to pull a carbonite from the inside of this hologram. Do not ask how! The Force works in some mysterious ways.

Gray Squadron Pilot Carbonite:
Gray Squadron Pilot is locked in the fridge. You can find him in hub’s cantina, behind a thick glass of refrigerator. Only the lightsaber can cut through this glass, but it is cold inside, so you will need the frost resistant character as well. If you are playing on Playstation, you can use General Grievous.

Zev Senseca D’Qar Carbonite:
Go to a shooting range. Look for the siler Lego pile on left side, near an ammo rack and rockets. Use explosive to make your way through it and get the Zev Senesca D’Qar Carbonite in a solid form.
Rebel Fleet Trooper Location:
You can also find Rebel Fleet Trooper at shooting range. Use a charge device to power up this range and bring up a target in the back. After you have shot that target three times, it will give you a collectible.
