This only carbonite collectible unlocks a classic Han Solo. It is pretty easy to find this collectible but really hard to get. You will have to beat a very hard mini game to get Millennium Falcon Carbonite.

Classic Han Solo Millennium Falcon Carbonite:

Millennium Falcon is the smallest hub, go to north-eastern part of the ship, to outer rim. You will see a big screen on a wall. Use pieces on the floor to construct a control station for the BB-8. When BB-8 start rolling while on top of this structure, it’ll then start a mini game on the big screen. You will fly the spaceship to outrun a very big worm, while doing this you have to avoid rocks on the cave ceiling and floor. If you hit these rocks then you will have to start his mini game again.

Once you have beaten the mini game, you will see a carbonite brick with Han Solo inside. Now you just need to take this to the D’Qar for defrosting, since that is the only place with the microwave.
