Go to a river bank past Dun Tynne Crossroads which is located in north-east from Beauclair. Follow this river to the east until you approach a stream. Cross this stream and look for the monster den entrance, basically it’s a hole in the ground among trees. When inside, turn left and keep going left until you reach the camp next to the stalagmite, with a table and two mattresses. Look for the chest on other side of this stalagmite, you will find the Gesheft Sword’s Diagram inside.
