If you decide to pursue Syanna in a quest called ‘The Night of Long Fangs’, you will end up in a fantasy and imaginary place ‘Land of A Thousand Fables’. It’s in this giant place that where you will find Vitis Relic Sword. When you see a tower rising into the sky, go towards this tower. It is this tower where you will find Longlocks boss.
When you get near the tower, just go straight for the southern side. There you’ll see a small pond by the lake. You will find a corpse between two bodies of water, with a pretty glowing rapier next to it. This rapier is Vitis Relic Sword and you can get the Toussaint Armor from the body.
