Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness has 30 unique and awesome Specialties that you can purchase, unlock and use in the game. In Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness Specialties Guide we will show you how you can unlock these Specialties, what is the cost to unlock and what are their effects.
When you start your adventure in Star Ocean Integrity And Faithlessness, you do not have access to any of these Specialties. ‘Harvesting’ Specialty is there for you at the beginning but you’ve to unlock this specialty by using the Skill Points. You do not need to worry about skill points, you will obtain these Skill Points naturally as you make your way and progress in the game by killing different enemies. Other Specialties can be discovered through different ways such as getting a particular item, completing a quest or encountering new ally.

Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness Specialties:
Harvesting:
Harvesting Specialty is automatically discovered at the start of the game but you need 25 Skill Points to unlock it. As the name suggest, ‘Harvesting’ will allow you to harvest different items from special nodes that are scattered throughout the game.
Excavation:
You can discover Excavation Specialty by completing ‘Brute Strength Of Blacksmithing’ quest in the Myiddok. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it. Excavation Speciality allows harvesting smithing materials from the excavation locations.
Fishing:
You can discover Fishing an Alluring Pastime Book Specialty by completing ‘Drunk On Creation’ side quest in the Myiddok. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it. Fishing Speciality allows harvesting marine materials from the Fishing locations.

Compounding:
You need to complete a side quest called ‘If it tastes like Blueberries…’ in the Myiddok to get an item ‘Compounding The Issue’. You need 100 Skill Points to unlock it. Compounding Specialty unlocks a use of compounding in Creation menu.
Smithery:
In order to discover Smithery Specialty you need to complete a quest called ‘Brute Strength Of Blacksmithing’ in the Myiddok. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it. This specialty allows you to access Smithery section of Creation menu.
Crafting:
Crafting Specialty can be Discovered by Completing ‘Grand Designs’ quest for Crafty Crafting Techniques Book. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it and it allows you to access the Crafting section of a Creation menu.
Cooking:
Cooking can be discovered by completing a side quest called ‘Drunk On Creation’ in the Myiddok. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it. Cooking will allow you to use Cooking element of a Creation menu.
Alchemy:
To discover Alchemy Specialty you have to complete a quest called ‘The End of Welch’s Laboratory’ in the Myiddok for a book ‘We All Scream For Alchemy’. You need 25 Skill Points to unlock it and it’ll allow you to access Alchemy section of a Creation menu.
Synthesis:
Synthesis Specialty can be discovered by completing a quest called ‘Happy Fun Bunny Time’ to obtain a book called ‘Intro To Intelligent Item Design’. You need 250 Skill Points to unlock it and it can create items by using a Synthesis option in Creation menu.
Ornamentation:
Ornamentation Specialty can be discovered by Completing a quest called ‘Grand Designs’ to get a ‘Crafty Crafting Techniques’ Book. You need 100 Skill Points to unlock it. The Ornamentation Specialty will Improve the accessories using a new Augmentation option in Creation menu.
Anthropology:
To discover Anthropology, you need to complete a side quest called ‘The Four Stooges Strike Again’. You need 40 Skill Points to unlock it. Anthropology Specialty can increase your chances of getting spoils from the Humanoid enemies.
Zoology:
To discover Zoology Specialty, you need to complete a side quest called ‘Subjugation Directive: Gargans’ to find a book for this Zoology specialty. You also need 40 Skill Points to unlock it. This specialty will increase your chance of getting spoils from the beast enemies.
Entomology Sense:
Entomology Sense can be discovered by complete ‘Subjugation Directive: Gileeghas’ when you will compete this it will get you a book called ‘Insectopedia’. You need 40 Skill Points to unlock it. This specialty will increase the loot drop rate of the insect type enemies.
Botany:
To discover Botany you have to complete a side quest called ‘Subjugation Directive: Magvors’ in order to get a book. And you need 40 Skill Points to unlock it. Botany specialty will Increases your chance of loot drop from the plant enemies.
Lookout:
To discover Lookout, you have to complete a quest called ‘Subjugation Directive: Dek’ in order to get a called ‘Broadening Your Horizons’. You’ll need 250 Skill Points to unlock it and this specialty can displays location of your enemies on a mini-map.
Treasure Sense:
Treasure Sense can be discovered by completing a quest called ‘Shiny, Shiny Scales!’ for a book called ‘X Marks The Spot’. You need 500 Skill Points to unlock it. This Treasure Sense Speciality can displays the location of treasure chests on your mini-map.
Ocarina:
To discover Ocarina you need to complete a side quest called ‘Collecting the Metal that Plays Second fiddle’ and you need 2000 Skill Points to unlock it. Ocarina can be used to gain an ability to call the Monsters to you on a field.
Emoter:
Emoter Specialty can be discovered from a side quest called ‘From The Skin Of His False Teeth’. You need 50 Skill Points to unlock it. Emoter Specialty can be used from Emote menu. Press and Hold R2 to bring up the Emote Menue.
Augury:
To discover Augury Speciality you need a book called ‘Kindred Spirits’ by completing a quest called ‘Where Are The Luck Suckers’. You need 80 Skill Points to unlock it. Augury can be used to gain an ability to hear Goddess Tria’s Sage advice. You’ve to use this Specialty within menu to make this thing work.
