HITMAN is an action-adventure, stealth and third person shooter video game. The game is released on 11th March with First Episode in which you have training, three missions, and other escalation missions. Some players have found this issues, we suggest you that make sure your payment details are correct in your account, second you may have this problem if you have installed this game on multiple PCs.

HITMAN Low FPS and LAG issues:

As for now the game is not fully optimized for DirectX 12, try DirectX 11 for better gameplay experience, other workarounds for the lag and low fps are turning of Vsync and switching to “windowed borderless” settings. If the problem still persists try the possible lowest graphics settings.

HITMAN Game Doesn’t Launch:

Sometimes antivirus prevent certain applications from launching due to false positive. Disable your antivirus application and try to run the game, it should run smoothly, but if that’s not the case try windowed mode.

HITMAN Freezes During Missions:

As we mentioned in the above “Low FPS and LAG” the game is not fully optimized for DirectX 12 version. Some players also complained other graphical bugs in different forums when playing on DirectX 12. Just run the game on DirectX 11. Another thing you can do is try updating any outdated drivers and if you have Nvidia GPU try different 3D settings in your Nvidia Control Panel.

HITMAN Crash Issues:

Various users have reported random crashes during their gamepaly of HITMAN, some of these issues are first mission crash, crashing after changing in game settings, crashing on startup and other random crash problems. These kind of crashes are mostly due to an outdated hardware driver, we recommend you to make sure that all drivers in your PC are up to date. If you do not know how to do this just install any free driver scanner and it will scan your PC for outdated drivers. If you found any outdated driver just update it and then try to run the game it should work now.
