Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens Starkiller Base Carbonite
In Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens, the Starkiller Base is a hub that you will unlock in the game. It is a very big map, with 10 carbonite collectible. Each Carbonite has a new character inside. Some of these Carbonite Collectibles can be tricky to get since each one of these collectibles require specific set of skills/abilities.

To unlock characters inside these collectibles, you will have to visit D’Qar medical wing. Only in this wing you’ll find the necessary equipment for defrosting these carbonites.
Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens Starkiller Base Carbonite Locations:
Count Dooku Location:
To unlock Count Dooku, first you have to finish the bounty hunter side mission. When you are done, approach a building next to dome. Use a grappling hook to get to roof and destroy all the objects by the tower. Build BB-8 pad from the parts and then use a small robot to power up a turret. It’ll shoot across a valley and then reveal a carbonite.

Luke Skywalker Stormtrooper Carbonite:
Approach a force field and then use dark side Force on a thing above the force field. Once this thing breaks, use BB-8’s ability on a charge up station to lower this field and reach a carbonite that has Luke Skywalker Stormtrooper.

Han Solo Stormtrooper Unlock:
Go to a building on north side of courtyard. Here look for the terminal by a force field. Just use it with a character called Kylo Ren and it’ll disable a lock. You will pick up a crbonite to unlock Han Solo Stormtrooper.

Darth Maul Lego Force Awakens:
To unlock Darth Maul you will need Rey who is an athletic character. Get to a giant wall in courtyard and here use handlebars to climb this wall. Launch Rey off a force sensitive pad and then you will end up with the carbonite.

Imperial Royal Guard Location:
To unlock Imperial Royal Guard you will need to go to hangar in south area with 2 TIE fighters parked in front. Break a cracked wall near these fighters and you will find a carbonite behind them.

Death Star Trooper Carbonite:
Visit the gorge in northern part of the map and destroy everything that you find here. Use 2 resulting stacks of bricks to construct a TIE-Fighter and X-Wing . They both will start fighting once they are there. When they are done, you will get Death Star Trooper Carbonite.

Unlock Scout Trooper:
To unlock Scout Trooper carbonite, go to the ravine that leads into a large valley. Look for the ledge with some golden boulders on it. Climb this and then destroy golden stones. You will see steam gushing from below and a carbonite will appear afterwards.

TIE Interceptor Pilot Location:
When you get the previous Scout Trooper piece, look to the east. You will see another ledge there. But with silver Lego pile. Use handlebars to climb up and then blow this thing up to get a TIE Interceptor Pilot carbonite.

Anakin Skywalker Character Unlock:
Follow western edge of a large valley until you find the crashed X-Wing. Use a dark side Force to break it apart. It will reveal a pool of water. Switch to a character who can swim. Dive into the pool for a Anakin Skywalker carbonite.

Snowtrooper Classic Skin:
Also on western end of a valley you can find a Snowtrooper Classic skin. Just Go to the south along an edge until you reach walled up entrance of a cave. Destroy this wall to uncover a bedroom with the carbonite.
