There are 3 different methods to access this The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion pack.
Method 1: Start a new game by choosing an option called ‘From The Beginning’ and play a quest ‘A Poet Under Pressure’ when you finish this quest the 1st quest in The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion pack will automatically appear in your journal. Remember that your character need level 34 or higher to play this DLC.
Method 2: You can also load / continue your save game and if your character has level 34 or higher you can access The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine quest in your journal once you finish the ‘A Poet Under Pressure’ quest.
Method 3: The last method to play this expansion pack is pretty straight forward. You can easily choose an option called ‘Blood and Wine Only’ and start The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion. Your character will start with level 34 and some appropriate abilities and gears.
